Offer agent
Offers in minutes, not days.
A digital colleague that has read your catalogue, your price list and your past offers. It drafts the offer. You approve it.

No overview
Which offers turn into a yes, and why?
Old offers get forgotten
What worked last time isn't used again.
Prices drift
Price tiers and discounts differ from seller to seller.
Nobody knows if it was read
So the follow-up comes too late, or not at all.
Already using a chat assistant for this?
Many teams do. They upload data sheets, manuals and price lists into every new chat and remind it to stick to their own products. It saves time, but the next case starts from zero.
How it works
You give it the customer. It writes the offer.
- 1
You ask for an offer
Paste the customer from your CRM and write “make an offer”.

The agent works, and asks you
It reads what the customer asked for, picks from your catalogue and prices it. When it is unsure, it asks you instead of guessing.
- Read the customer's wishes in CRM and mail
- Picked three activities from your catalogue
Last time we included catering for a similar customer. Should it be included here?

It learns
It interviews you, logs what you decide, and suggests better next time.
Every answer you give is saved with the reason. The next offer, also for a new seller, starts from what your best people already decided.

- A new seller is productive from day one

Getting started
We start with one real offer.
- 1
We collect your material
Catalogue, prices and a handful of good offers.
- 2
We set the agent up
In your own template and design.
- 3
You make the first offer
With us, for a real customer.
The offer agent is set up per company as a scoped project. Integrations with your CRM and price sources are agreed before we start.
Questions
What people ask first
What does it cost?
It depends on your catalogue, your systems and how many sellers use it. You get a scoped proposal before anything is built. We don't publish a price list.
Does it replace our sellers?
No. It takes the copying, looking up and formatting. The seller still decides what goes in the offer and when it is sent.
What if it gets something wrong?
It asks when it is unsure, it shows where prices come from, and nothing leaves without a person approving it.
Which systems does it work with?
It needs your catalogue, your prices and your past offers, and usually your CRM. Which integrations are possible is checked against your systems before we commit.
