Skientia

Packages

One knowledge platform. Two ways to run it.

Choose managed hosting with Skientia Cloud, or a licensed deployment on your own infrastructure with Skientia Private. We help turn your organization's knowledge into a working system.

Done for you

Skientia Cloud

For teams that want a working knowledge platform, with hosting handled by us.

Subscription · custom quote

One-time onboarding. Usage allowances and support are agreed in your proposal.

  • We help configure your agreed sources, access rules and first useful workflow.
  • We operate the hosted service, including monitoring and backups.
  • We manage software updates for the hosted service.
  • Onboarding, training and support are defined around your team.

You own your knowledge. We operate the service; your team manages source permissions and user access.

Done with you

Skientia Private

For organizations that need their own infrastructure and have an IT team to operate it, with our help.

Annual software license · custom quote

Separate implementation fee. You pay your infrastructure and model-provider costs.

  • We scope deployment, source configuration and training with your IT team.
  • Your team operates the agreed servers, storage, network and backups.
  • The annual agreement includes eligible updates, installed on your approved schedule.
  • Defined support, with managed operations available by separate agreement.

Private starts with an assessment and a paid pilot. Production follows accepted deployment and recovery checks.

Both packages start with a scoped proposal. Private begins with a technical assessment; infrastructure, model providers, licensing and rollout are agreed before installation.

Responsibilities

Know what each side owns.

Choose where it runs and how much help you need. Hosting and managed operations can be scoped separately.

Getting started

A useful workflow first.

Start with a bounded project, an accountable owner and clear acceptance criteria.

  1. 01

    Define the fit

Choose the workflow, sources, users and hosting needs. Agree responsibilities, fees and provider boundaries.

  2. 02

    Prove it together

Run a paid pilot. Check answer quality, access rules and the deployment requirements that matter to your team.

  3. 03

    Operate and improve

Accept the rollout, name the operational owners and continue under the agreed subscription or annual license.

Before you choose

The practical questions.

Does Private keep everything inside our network?

That depends on the architecture. External AI providers and source integrations may still process data. We map those flows before you commit to deployment.

Can it run without contacting Skientia?

Raise disconnected operation or offline license renewal during assessment. It requires a separately qualified configuration, including model and integration dependencies.

How do licensing and updates work?

Private uses an annual software license with eligible updates and defined support. User allowances, renewal, grace periods and access to existing knowledge on expiry are specified in your agreement.

Can you operate it in our cloud?

We can scope managed operations separately. Administrative access, monitoring, backups and support responsibilities must be agreed with your IT team.
